Olis is an Italian manufacturer of professional cooking and hospitality equipment. The brand has been operating in the catering industry since 1972 and has been part of the Ali Group since 2004, one of the world's largest professional catering equipment groups. Olis is known for laser-cut stainless steel construction and a design-led approach to commercial kitchen layouts

The modular cooking range spans Diamante 90 Touch, Diamante 90, Diamante 70, Series 650 and Series 1100. The Diamante 70 and 90 lines are the most commonly specified for restaurants, hotels and clubs, with the number referring to the depth of the unit in centimetres

Depth and capacity. Diamante 70 units are 700mm deep and suit tighter kitchens or single-row line-ups. Diamante 90 units are 900mm deep, offering larger cooking surfaces, bigger oven chambers and higher output — better suited to island suites and high-volume production. Oven bases in the 900 series take 4 x GN2/1 trays, while the Diamante 7 series takes 4 x GN1/1.

Gas and electric cooktops, solid tops, fry tops and griddles, chargrills, Evo fryers, bain maries, pasta cookers, bratt pans, oven bases, neutral units and a drop-in line. The drop-in range is designed for open-plan and front-of-house installations.
