The range is fully modular, so you can build a cooking suite around your menu instead of compromising on layout. Choose from Diamante 90 Touch, Diamante 90, Diamante 70, Series 650 and Series 1100 — depths and outputs to suit everything from a compact café line-up to a full island suite in a high-volume venue.
Across the collection you'll find gas and electric cooktops, fry tops, chargrills, Evo fryers, bain maries, pasta cookers, neutral units and oven bases. The fry tops use a detached cooking plate that concentrates heat where you need it and limits heat loss, while the oven bases come in static, ventilated and combi versions with mechanical, electronic or touch control, and rounded cooking chambers that wipe down fast.
Every unit is manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 certification, with components tested and certified to European standards — and because the widths are modular, you can extend your line later without replacing the whole suite.
