Bevande Jaffa

Hospitality Connect carries eight Bevande Jaffa lines: six coffee cup lines and two teapots. The cup sizes run from espresso through cappuccino and latte to mugs, so one colourway can cover a cafe's whole coffee and tea menu.

A cappuccino is served in a wider cup than an espresso so there is room for textured milk, and a latte uses a taller cup again. Most cafes carry espresso, cappuccino and latte sizes plus a mug for long blacks, tea and hot chocolate.

Base teapot numbers on the share of customers who order pot tea rather than on total covers, then add spares to cover the wash cycle. Venues with an afternoon tea service, or supplying aged care dining, usually need more than a coffee-led cafe.

A coloured cup range gives a cafe a recognisable look on the table and in customer photographs, and it lets staff identify a drink size at a glance. Plain white is easier to top up piece by piece, because it can be matched from general ranges.
