Collection: Tablekraft Bogart

Tablekraft Bogart is a commercial cutlery pattern of 25 pieces, including table knives, forks and spoons, dessert and cake cutlery, salad servers and serving pieces. All pieces come from Tablekraft, so the pattern matches across a table setting.

Base the order on covers rather than seats, and allow enough spare sets for cutlery in the wash or on cleared tables during service. A high-turnover venue needs proportionally more of each piece than a single-sitting restaurant.

A table fork is the larger of the two and is set for a main course. A dessert fork is shorter and lighter, and is either set above the plate or brought out with the sweet course. Both sizes are in the Bogart pattern.

Yes. Bogart includes serving cutlery such as salad servers and cake pieces alongside the standard table settings, so a venue can start with knives, forks and spoons and add serving pieces as the menu changes.

Tablekraft Bogart suits restaurants, cafes, pubs, clubs and function venues that want a single cutlery pattern across every table. Hospitality Connect supplies the range to trade buyers Australia-wide, including the serving pieces that match the settings.
