Duralex Gigogne

Gigogne is a Duralex range of clear glass tumblers and stackable bowls. The collection at Hospitality Connect covers mixing and stacking bowls plus tumblers and dessert cup sizes, all in clear glass.

Stackable bowls nest inside each other, so a set stores in a fraction of the shelf space that open bowls need. That matters most in kitchens with limited dry store, and it makes bowls faster to put away after the wash.

Small glass bowls hold desserts, dips, sides, condiments and mise en place. Clear glass shows what is inside, which is why kitchens also use them on buffets and in display fridges where the customer sees the container.

Yes. The same clear bowls work for mixing and mise en place in the kitchen and for dessert or side service on the floor. Using one bowl for both roles reduces the number of separate lines a venue has to carry.

A tumbler is taller and used for drinks. A dessert cup is shorter and wider so a spoon reaches the bottom easily, which suits mousses, parfaits and layered desserts. The Gigogne range includes both.
