The Tablekraft Atlantis range at Hospitality Connect lists dessert and beverage cutlery, including cake forks, fruit forks and soda spoons. These are the smaller pieces venues add to a main cutlery setting rather than a full canteen.

A cake fork is a short dessert fork with one widened outer tine. The wider tine gives enough edge to divide a slice of cake or tart, so a guest can eat with one hand and the table does not need a dessert knife.

A soda spoon has a small bowl on a long handle so it reaches the bottom of a tall glass. Venues use it for sundaes, iced coffee, milkshakes, parfaits and layered desserts served in glassware rather than on a plate.
