Collection: Ryner Black

Ryner is a melamine tableware and serveware brand listed by Hospitality Connect. The Black range covers five pieces, including ramekins, fluted dishes, rectangular dishes and platters intended for buffet and function service.

A ramekin portions sauces, dressings, dips, condiments and side servings so they stay off the main plate. In buffet and function service it also lets a kitchen pre-portion items ahead of a rush rather than dressing plates individually.

Black frames light-coloured food and gives strong contrast on a buffet line. It also shows less than a white surface between refills, which matters when a dish empties gradually across a long service period.

Melamine suits buffet service because it is lighter than ceramic and resists chipping when dishes are lifted, swapped and stacked repeatedly. It is a serving material and should not be used in a microwave or oven.

Yes. Hospitality Connect delivers Ryner melamine Australia-wide from its base in Penrith, New South Wales, and offers trade pricing to caterers, function venues, cafes, clubs and aged care kitchens ordering buffet serveware.
