Collection: Gelato Pans

Gelato pans hold and display gelato, sorbet and ice cream in a scooping cabinet or a blast freezer. This is a small, focused range of five stainless steel gelato pans and trays from Chef Inox and FED.

Choose a gelato pan on the internal dimensions of your display well and on depth. Length and width have to match the cabinet grid, or pans will not sit square and cold air will short-circuit around them, so measure the well before ordering. Deeper pans hold more product between changeovers, but they take longer to freeze through and are heavier to lift when full. Stainless steel conducts cold quickly and holds temperature better than plastic, which matters in an open display cabinet.
