Collection: Tablekraft Amalfi

Tablekraft Amalfi lists 15 pieces at Hospitality Connect, with forks and spoons covering table, dessert, salad, cake, coffee and soup service. That lets a venue build a full place setting from a single pattern.

Ordering from one pattern keeps a place setting consistent as pieces are lost, bent or replaced over years of service. Mixing patterns shows on the table, so most venues commit to a single range and reorder against it.

Table cutlery is the larger size used for main courses. Dessert cutlery is shorter and lighter, sized for the smaller course and often used for entrees as well. Both sizes appear in the Tablekraft Amalfi range.

Yes, they are different pieces. A soup spoon has a deep bowl sized for a soup course, while a coffee spoon is much smaller for stirring an espresso-based drink. Tablekraft Amalfi lists both.

Tablekraft Amalfi is supplied as commercial cutlery for restaurants, cafes, pubs, clubs, function centres and aged care dining rather than as domestic flatware. Hospitality Connect sells it to Australian trade buyers at trade pricing.
