BioPak Coffee Cups

BioPak BioCups are paper based disposable cups made for hot and cold drinks, supplied with matching lids. They are sold as a compostable alternative to conventional disposable cups, which is the basis of the BioCup name used across the range.

A single wall cup is one layer of board and normally needs a sleeve for hot drinks. A double wall cup has an air gap between two layers, so it insulates on its own, stays comfortable to hold and keeps its shape better through a long drink.

Lids are matched to the cup diameter, not the volume, so several cup sizes can share one lid while others need a different one. Order cups and lids together and check the stated diameter, because a lid that does not seat properly will leak.

Yes. Cold cups are built for iced drinks and condensation rather than for insulation, and they take a different lid style, often a flat or domed lid for straws and toppings. Hot cups prioritise heat resistance and a lid that seals for carrying.

Stock to the drink menu rather than to the widest possible range. Most cafes run two or three sizes covering a short black, a standard flat white or latte, and a large. Every extra size adds a lid line and more storage to manage.
