Collection: Bormioli Rocco Bartender

The Bartender range at Hospitality Connect covers 36 lines, including cocktail glasses, tumblers, wine glasses and shot glasses. Novecento and Este shapes are listed, along with martini glasses, DOF tumblers and highball glasses for commercial bar service.

DOF stands for double old fashioned. It is a short, wide tumbler with a heavy base, used for spirits served over ice and for stirred cocktails. The wide mouth takes large ice cubes and garnishes without crowding the drink.

A highball is a tall, narrow glass used for long drinks built over ice, such as spirit and mixer combinations. The narrow profile holds a higher ratio of mixer and keeps carbonation from dispersing as quickly as a wide glass would.

Novecento is one of the shape names within the Bormioli Rocco Bartender glassware listed at Hospitality Connect. Buying within a named shape keeps a bar's cocktail glassware visually consistent and makes ongoing replacement of broken pieces straightforward.

Choose shot glasses by capacity so they match your standard pour and let staff measure by eye when needed. Also weigh base thickness and rim strength, because shot glasses take heavy handling and are among the most frequently replaced bar items.
