Bonna Diamond

Bonna Diamond is a commercial crockery range covering round plates, coupe and flat plates, bowls, cups and saucers, including coffee cups. The pieces share one design so they work together as a single table setting.

A coupe plate has a smooth curved well running to the edge, with no separate flat rim. It gives a larger usable surface than a rimmed plate of the same diameter and is the common choice for modern plating.

A coupe plate frames a dish inwards and works well for sauced and composed plates. A flat or rimmed plate leaves a border of clear space around the food, which suits plated service where staff handle the rim.

Pieces in the range are listed individually rather than only as boxed table settings, so a venue can order to its actual mix of plates, bowls and cups. Check the pack quantity stated on each product before ordering.

Crockery is counted from covers rather than seats, allowing for pieces on the table, in the pass and in the wash at the same time. Most venues then add a margin for breakage on the items that turn over fastest.
