Brew Chilli

Brew Chilli is a 14-piece cafe collection from Brew covering latte cups, espresso cups, coffee cups, saucers and a mug. It is a cup and saucer range rather than a full dinnerware service.

A flat white needs a cup larger than an espresso cup but shorter than a latte cup, so the milk and shot fill it without overflowing. Check the capacity listed on each Brew Chilli cup and match it to how your baristas pour.

A long black is espresso topped with hot water, so it needs a cup with enough volume to take both without filling to the rim. Most cafes use a standard coffee cup rather than an espresso cup for the drink.

Saucers are listed to suit a specific cup, and the matching cup is named in the product title. Check that name before ordering so the cup sits correctly in the saucer well and does not slide when carried.

Base the order on peak hourly coffee volume rather than daily totals, and allow for cups on tables, in the wash and lost to breakage. Hold the deepest quantities in your highest-selling cup size and fewer of the specialty sizes.
