Brew Infusion

Brew Infusion is a 21-piece tea and coffee service collection covering teapots, coffee plungers, and tumblers and glasses. Several of the teapots come with an infuser and lid for loose leaf tea. All items are supplied by Brew.

An infuser teapot has a removable basket that holds loose leaf tea inside the pot. Staff lift the basket out once the tea has brewed, which stops the leaf over-steeping and keeps the last cup tasting like the first.

A coffee plunger brews ground coffee by steeping it in hot water, then pressing a mesh filter down to separate the grounds. It is poured straight after plunging, which makes it well suited to table service with a set brewing time.

A pot with an infuser lets a venue serve loose leaf tea and control the strength, which usually presents better than a bag on a saucer. It does add a step at the wash-up, so consider service volume before switching.

Size the teapot on how many cups it needs to pour. A single-serve pot suits one guest and keeps the tea hot through the sitting, while a larger pot suits shared tables and function service where several cups are poured at once.
