Tablekraft Linea

Hospitality Connect carries 18 Tablekraft Linea lines, made up of plates, bowls and ramekins, platters and other tableware. Round rim plates, coupe plates and deep bowls account for most of the range, so it works as a full crockery service for a venue.

A coupe plate curves smoothly from the centre to the edge with no defined rim, so the whole surface can be plated. A rim plate has a raised flat border that frames the food and gives staff somewhere to hold the plate without touching the food.

A deep bowl has high walls that keep sauce, dressing and liquid in place, so it suits pasta, risotto, curries, soups and grain bowls. The depth also holds heat around the food for longer than a flat plate does.

Most cafes work from three plate sizes: a small size for sides, toast and cakes, a mid size for entrees and breakfast dishes, and a large size for mains. Taking all three from one range keeps the table consistent as pieces are replaced.
