Collection: Tablekraft Luxor

Hospitality Connect carries 19 Tablekraft Luxor lines. The pattern covers table and dessert forks, knives and spoons for laid settings, plus serving pieces such as cake servers and salad servers used on shared platters and bowls.

Table cutlery is the full-size setting used for main courses. Dessert cutlery is a size smaller and is used for entrees, desserts and lighter courses, which lets a venue lay a two-size setting without buying a second pattern.

Count the pieces one full service uses, then add enough to keep the floor set while the first lot is washed and polished. Venues turning tables several times a night hold more, because cutlery returns in batches rather than continuously through the service.

A venue needs serving pieces for the food it shares: cake servers for slices and tarts, salad servers for bowls and platters, and serving spoons for shared sides. These are held in small numbers, because one set covers a whole table.

Mixing patterns works when the pieces are close in weight and finish, but it shows most on a laid cover where forks sit side by side. Staying with one pattern makes replacement simpler, because worn pieces are reordered against the same line.
