Collection: Bitters Bottles

A bitters bottle is a small glass bottle with a dasher top, used behind a bar to add bitters and other concentrated ingredients a drop or a dash at a time. The dasher controls the pour so a cocktail is dosed consistently.

Hospitality Connect lists 12 items in the bitters bottles collection from Zanzi, covering glass bitters bottles and bar accessories including spare dasher tops. Finishes across the range include mirror and rose gold.

A dasher top releases a very small, repeatable amount, which suits bitters and other ingredients measured in drops rather than millilitres. A standard pourer moves far too much liquid for a cocktail dosed by the dash.

Spare dasher tops are listed separately in the bitters bottles collection at Hospitality Connect, so a bar can replace a damaged or clogged top without buying a new bottle. Keeping spares behind the bar avoids taking a bottle out of service.

Bitters bottles look alike once filled, so bars label each one clearly and keep the same ingredient in the same bottle. Consistent labelling and placement stops a bartender dosing the wrong ingredient during a busy service.
