JAB Sorbet Lemon

JAB Sorbet Lemon is an eleven-piece melamine range covering espresso cups, tumblers, round coupe plates and a bowl. Hospitality Connect supplies it to venues across Australia as commercial melamine tableware.

Melamine resists breakage far better than china and is lighter to carry in stacks, so it suits outdoor and poolside service, function catering, aged care and childcare. Venues use it wherever dropped items are a regular cost.

A coupe plate has no flat rim. The surface curves up gently to the edge, so the whole plate is usable for plating. The JAB Sorbet Lemon range includes round coupe plates alongside its cups and tumblers.

Espresso cups hold a single or double shot served short, without the milk volume of a cappuccino or latte. They are smaller and thicker walled than a coffee cup, which keeps a short pour hot for the minute or two it is drunk in.

Melamine holds hot food and drinks at serving temperature but should not be put in an oven, a microwave or under a grill. Check the manufacturer's guidance on each product page before using a piece for hot service.
