Collection: Tablekraft Gable

Hospitality Connect carries 16 Tablekraft Gable cutlery lines. The pattern covers forks and spoons for table and dessert settings, cake and fruit cutlery, ladles, and salad and serving pieces used on shared platters and bowls.

A cake fork is a small fork used to cut and lift a slice of cake, tart or pastry with one hand. Cafes, bakeries and function venues lay them for afternoon and dessert service, where a full dinner setting would be more than the course needs.

A ladle is chosen on the volume its bowl holds, because that volume is the portion it serves. Kitchens keep several sizes: small ladles for sauces and dressings, larger ones for soup, curry and buffet service where portions must stay consistent.

Fruit cutlery is a small knife and fork pairing used for fruit courses, cheese boards and garnish work. The blade is short so it handles peel, stones and skin on the plate, and the pieces are laid only when the menu calls for them.

Salad and serving pieces do not have to match, but they sit visible on the table for the whole service, so a matching pattern reads as deliberate. Buying servers from the same range also means the weight and finish agree with the cutlery beside them.
