Collection: Ryner White

The Ryner White collection at Hospitality Connect holds eight melamine pieces, covering rectangular platters, sandwich platters, deep dishes, fluted dishes and ramekins. It is the white range within Ryner's melamine service ware.

White does not compete with the food, so it suits buffet and counter display where the product has to sell itself. Melamine is chosen over china for display because a dropped piece is a nuisance rather than a hazard beside a service queue.

Rectangular platters butt together along their straight edges, so a counter or buffet run can be filled with no wasted space between pieces. Round platters leave gaps, which costs display area on a fixed-width counter.

A ramekin is a small dish that holds dips, sauces, dressings and single-serve portions, either beside a plate or on a shared board. Kitchens use them so a dish stays clean and diners control how much sauce they add.
