Collection: Bormioli Rocco Bistrot

Bormioli Rocco Bistrot is a clear glass range for table service, listed at Hospitality Connect across seven lines. It is made up mostly of bottles and jugs, including carafes and twist top bottles for water, house wine and juice.

A carafe is an open topped vessel poured directly at the table, usually for water or wine. A jug has a handle and a shaped lip, so staff can pour repeatedly with one hand. Both are used for table water service.

Choose carafe capacity by how many people share the table. A smaller carafe suits a two-person setting and is refilled during the meal, while a larger one covers a group without staff returning to the table as often.

A bottle with a fitted twist top keeps the contents covered between pours, which suits chilled water held on the table or stored in a fridge. An open carafe pours faster but leaves the contents exposed, so it is usually filled to order.

A plain glass carafe can be used for both house wine and table water, which is why many venues keep a single pattern. Some operators separate them by size so staff can tell wine and water service apart at a glance.
