Brew Smoke

An espresso cup is the smallest cup in a coffee service, holding a short shot with little room for milk. A latte cup is taller and wider so milk and foam have space, making it clearly the larger of the two.

Saucers in the Brew Smoke range are listed as separate products and are matched to specific cups. Each saucer states which cup it is made to suit, so order the cup and its matching saucer together rather than assuming a universal fit.

Matt and gloss describe the surface glaze rather than the shape or capacity of a cup. A gloss glaze reflects light and shows a brighter surface, while a matt glaze is flat and non-reflective. Both appear across the Brew Smoke range.

Most cafes carry three cup sizes: espresso for short black and macchiato, a mid-size cup for flat white and cappuccino, and a latte cup for milk-heavy drinks. Saucers are ordered to match each cup, and milk jugs counted per machine.

A creamer is a small open-lipped jug for serving milk or cream at the table, usually alongside tea or filter coffee. It differs from a barista milk jug, which is designed for steaming and pouring at the espresso machine.
