Tablekraft Soho Stone

The Tablekraft Soho Stone collection at Hospitality Connect holds 11 pieces: seven plates, three bowls and ramekins, and a platter. Shapes include round coupe plates, flared bowls and deep bowls, in the stone colourway of the Soho range.

A flared bowl opens outwards towards the rim, giving a wide surface for plating while still containing sauce. Kitchens use flared bowls for pasta, risotto, curries and salads that need presenting flat rather than piled deep.

Two or three plate sizes cover most menus: a large plate for mains, a mid-size plate for entrees and shared dishes, and a small plate for bread or sides. Fewer sizes simplifies storage and shortens staff training.
