Collection: Magnetic Knife Racks

A magnetic rack holds knives on the wall where they are visible and off the bench. That protects the edges from knocking together in a drawer, keeps blades out of a sink or wash-up area, and lets staff pick the right knife without searching.

Choose the length by how many knives the section genuinely uses, and allow space between blades rather than crowding them. Crowded racks are where edges chip, so a longer rack with gaps is better than a short rack packed to capacity.

Stainless steel suits wash-down areas and matches stainless splashbacks in a production kitchen. Timber reads warmer and suits open kitchens, delis and front-of-house prep areas. Both hold the same blades, so the choice is usually about the setting.

Mount the rack at a height staff can reach without stretching across a hot surface or a sink, and away from walkways where a passing shoulder could dislodge a blade. Check the wall construction before fixing, since a loaded rack carries real weight.

The knife rack range at Hospitality Connect includes Chef Inox, Vogue and Global among its brands, covering magnetic wall racks, standard knife racks and a knife block set. The range is supplied Australia-wide with trade pricing available.
