Bevande Raven

Hospitality Connect carries seven Bevande Raven lines: five coffee cup lines and two teapots. The cup sizes run from espresso through cappuccino and latte to mugs, so a single colourway covers a cafe's whole coffee and tea service.

Most cafes carry at least three sizes: an espresso cup for short shots, a wider cappuccino cup with room for foam, and a mug or latte cup for longer drinks. A fourth size is usually added only for a specific drink on the menu.

A commercial teapot needs to pour cleanly without dripping onto the table, hold a lid that stays put when tipped, and have a handle that stays cool enough to carry. Capacity is chosen on whether the pot serves one person or a shared table.

Keep enough cups to cover a peak period plus everything sitting in the wash, because cups come back in batches and breakage is constant. A cafe selling one dominant drink size should hold most of its spares in that size rather than spreading them evenly.

A latte cup holds a longer milk drink than a cappuccino cup, so there is room for more textured milk over the shot. Some venues serve lattes in a glass instead, which shows the layers, while a cup is easier for staff to carry and stack.
