Bormioli Rocco Inalto

Bormioli Rocco Inalto is a stemmed wine glass range, listed at Hospitality Connect across seven lines. It includes the Uno, Tre and Sensi shapes and a sparkling glass, for restaurant, bar and function service.

A restaurant wine glass should hold a standard pour with clear headroom above it, so the wine can be swirled and the aroma gathers under the rim. Glasses filled close to the rim look generous but give the wine nowhere to open.

A narrower bowl reduces the surface where carbonation escapes, so sparkling wine holds its bead through service. It also concentrates the aroma at the rim, which is why flutes and narrow tulips are preferred over wide bowls for sparkling pours.

Check stem length and base diameter against the rack cell size before ordering, because a taller stem may not clear the wash arm and a wide base may not seat properly. Rack fit is a common reason a glass has to be sent back.

Most venues run two or three wine shapes: one for white, one for red, and a narrower glass for sparkling. Adding more shapes increases the glassware held behind the bar and the chance of the wrong glass reaching the table.
