Collection: Gas Griddles

Gas griddles — grill plates, fry tops and hot plates — deliver even radiant heat across a solid steel or chrome cooking surface. They carry breakfast, burger and steak service, and recover fast when a full load hits the plate.

Hospitality Connect supplies bench-mounted and cabinet-mounted gas griddles from 300mm to 1200mm, in mild steel, satin chrome and ribbed configurations, with flame failure devices and Australian gas approval.

Plate options

• Mild steel: The workhorse. Seasons over time, holds heat well, needs scraping and oiling.
• Satin chrome: Lower radiant heat into the kitchen, easier to clean, gentler on delicate product. More expensive.
• Smooth vs ribbed: Smooth for eggs and pancakes; ribbed for sear marks on protein.
