Gas Noodle Cookers

A commercial noodle cooker is a heated water bath fitted with individual baskets, so single portions of noodles or pasta are cooked to order and lifted out separately. It removes the need to drain a whole pot for each serve.

Yes. The same equipment is sold under both names, and Hospitality Connect lists these units as noodle and pasta cookers. The difference is the basket and insert configuration a kitchen chooses, not the underlying machine.

Match basket count to how many orders must be cooking at the same moment during your busiest service, not to daily covers. Each basket handles one portion, so basket count, rather than water volume, is what limits throughput at peak.

A soup warmer is a heated well beside the cooking bath that holds broth or stock at serving temperature. It lets a ramen or pho station cook noodles and ladle hot broth from the same position without moving between benches.

Confirm the gas type at the site, natural gas or LPG, as burners are configured for one. Check the position sits under kitchen extraction, and confirm how the bath is filled and drained, since a noodle cooker needs regular water changes.
