Collection: Boiling Tops & Stock Pot Burners

A boiling top is a dedicated heated surface built to hold large, heavy pots at a steady temperature. Kitchens use one for stocks, sauces, soups and volume boiling work that would tie up a general cooktop section for hours.

A stock pot burner is a low, heavy-duty heated position designed to carry a full stockpot. The low height makes a tall pot reachable and safe to stir and lift, which a standard bench-height cooktop does not allow.

A bench model suits a kitchen adding capacity to an existing line and can be repositioned later. A mounted unit is built into a cooking suite, which gives a continuous work surface and suits a new fitout or full kitchen refit.

Match burner or plate count to how many large pots run at the same moment during your busiest service, not to your daily total. Kitchens producing several stocks and sauces at once need more positions than a venue holding one soup.

The boiling tops and stock pot burners at Hospitality Connect include models from Giorik, Verr and B and S, among other commercial cooking brands. All 37 lines are supplied Australia-wide with trade pricing for commercial kitchens.
