Collection: Weck Glass Jars & Preserving Solutions

Hospitality Connect stocks 35 Weck lines, covering glass preserving jars and the accessories that go with them, including glass lids, rubber sealing washers and complete jar sets. Weck tulip jars sit alongside the other shapes in the range. Cafes, restaurants and delis use them for preserves, ferments, dressings, desserts and portioned service.

A Weck jar seals with a glass lid held down by a rubber washer and clips, rather than a metal screw band, so there is no lining to scratch or rust and the sealing parts can be replaced on their own. Jar volume is the main choice: smaller jars suit single serve desserts, condiments and tasting portions, while larger jars suit bulk preserving and dry storage. Order washers as consumables, since the rubber is the part that wears with repeated sealing. Delivery is Australia-wide.
