How the Weck Seal Works
- Place the rubber gasket on the underside of the glass lid
- Press the lid onto the jar and secure with the stainless steel clamps
- To open, release the clamps and lift the lid and gasket away

- Rubber seals and stainless clamps are not - hand wash these separately
- Freezer safe when fitted with a Weck Keep Fresh plastic cover
