Collection: Olympia Crockery

Olympia is a commercial crockery brand used in cafes, restaurants, hotels and pubs. Hospitality Connect lists 277 Olympia crockery items, covering plates, bowls, cups and serving pieces built for the wear and repeated washing of daily hospitality service.

Whiteware is Olympia's plain white crockery line, covering rimmed and wide rimmed plates, round plates, bowls and cups. Plain white is chosen where the food is the focus and where a venue needs to replace individual pieces over years without a colour change.

Athena is one of the Olympia crockery ranges stocked at Hospitality Connect, sitting alongside Whiteware in the same catalogue. Ranges differ in shape and edge profile, so choosing one range across a venue keeps plates, bowls and cups visually consistent.

A wide rimmed plate leaves a broad border of clear plate around the food, which frames a plated dish and gives staff somewhere to hold the plate without touching the food. Wide rimmed plates suit fine dining and saucy dishes.

Most venues order more than one cover per seat, because plates are in the wash, in service and in storage at the same time. Ordering from one continuing range also makes it easier to top up breakages later without mixing shapes.
