Collection: Europa Ovens

Europa is a commercial oven brand supplied in Australia by Hospitality Connect, with 15 models listed. The range covers deck ovens, wood fired ovens, convection ovens and rotary rack ovens built for bakeries, pizzerias and production kitchens.

A deck oven bakes directly on a heated hearth of stone or steel rather than on a tray in moving air. That direct contact is what produces a crisp base on pizza and a strong bottom crust on bread, which is why bakeries and pizzerias specify them.

A deck oven bakes by conduction from a heated hearth plus radiant heat, giving a crisp base. A convection oven circulates hot air with a fan, which bakes evenly across multiple trays and suits pastry, viennoiserie and general bakery production.

A rotary rack oven takes a whole loaded trolley rack into the chamber and rotates it during baking. Because every tray passes through the same heat pattern, the batch bakes evenly, which lets a bakery run large volumes in one load.

Yes. Wood fired ovens are included in the Europa range at Hospitality Connect and are used for traditional pizza service, where the high radiant heat of the dome and hearth cooks a pizza quickly and gives the characteristic charred finish.
