Electric cooktops use radiant, solid-plate or ceramic-glass elements to deliver steady, controllable heat without a gas connection. They suit shopping-centre tenancies, high-rise venues and any kitchen running an all-electric hot line.

Hospitality Connect supplies bench-mounted, leg-stand, cabinet-base and refrigerated-base electric cooktops from 300mm to 1200mm, in sealed hob and solid plate configurations.

Specifying an electric cooktop

• Power supply: Most commercial electric cooktops require three-phase 415V. Confirm board capacity before ordering.
• Element type: Solid plate is robust and pan-agnostic; ceramic glass is faster and easier to clean.
• Sealed hobs: Contain spills and speed up cleaning at the end of service.
• Radiant heat: Lower ambient heat output than gas — a real benefit in tight kitchens.
