The Extreme Pro NP-SiTngs is an 18 L front-of-house high-speed oven that combines microwave with hot air impingement to cook toasties, pies, pastries and small plates in a fraction of conventional oven time. It runs on a standard 240V 15 A single-phase supply, so it can go on a café counter without the cost of bringing in three-phase power.
A 7-inch touch screen holds 250+ recipes with up to 10 programmable stages, so any staff member gets the same result. A catalytic air filtration system handles cooking odours, and the compact 450 mm wide footprint suits cafés, bakeries, service stations, convenience stores and QSR counters across Australia.

- Microwave plus impingement – 1.5 kW microwave with 2.7–3.0 kW hot air impingement, adjustable 5% to 100% in 5% steps, for rapid cooking with crisp, even results.
- 250+ recipes on a 7-inch touch screen – Up to 10 programmable cooking stages per recipe; recipes and software update by USB or IOT.
- Catalytic air filtration – Built-in catalytic filter, removable and replaceable, plus an external air filter.
- Easy-clean cavity – 304 stainless steel, butt-welded and heat-insulated, with a smooth chamber bottom.
- Cool to the touch – Heat sink system keeps the housing below 55 °C; IPX3 splash-resistant design.
- Compact on the counter – 450 × 647 mm footprint with 2-inch adjustable feet saves valuable counter space.
- Accessories included – Teflon mesh basket, 9-inch pizza pan, oven shovel, round Teflon mesh pad and inner hall grill.
- Self-diagnostic – Built-in oven self-diagnostic function.
