Collection: Zojirushi

Zojirushi is a Japanese appliance brand best known for rice cookers. The range at Hospitality Connect covers commercial rice cookers, including induction models, and pump-style airpots with stainless steel liners for holding hot water or coffee.

An airpot is an insulated dispenser that holds hot water, tea or coffee and pours through a hand pump. Venues use them on buffets, in function rooms and at conference catering where a powered urn is not practical.

Size a rice cooker on the largest batch you cook at one time, not on daily volume. A cooker filled well below its rated capacity cooks unevenly, so kitchens running rice all day are usually better served by one larger unit.

An induction rice cooker heats the whole inner pan rather than only the base plate, which spreads heat more evenly through the rice. A standard model heats from underneath and relies on the pan itself to distribute that heat.

Hospitality Connect supplies Zojirushi rice cookers and airpots to trade and hospitality buyers across Australia, with delivery Australia-wide. The range on this page is limited to commercial rice cookers and pump-style airpots.
