Collection: Vinotemp

A single-zone wine cooler holds the whole cabinet at one temperature, which suits a list built around one style. A dual-zone cooler runs two separate compartments, so red and white wine can be held at their own serving temperatures in one unit.

A built-in wine cooler vents through the front, so it can sit under a bench or inside joinery without overheating. A freestanding unit vents at the back or sides and needs clearance around it, so it should not be enclosed.

A French door cabinet uses two doors that open outwards from the centre, so the full width of the interior is exposed without either door swinging far across a walkway. That suits a bar or service area where floor space in front is tight.

Wine coolers are used in restaurants, bars, cellar doors, function rooms and hotel service areas to hold wine ready to pour at the right temperature. They also work behind a bar as visible display, since bottles can be seen through the glass door.

A standard fridge runs colder than wine serving temperature and dries the air out, which is unsuited to holding wine over time. A wine cooler holds a steadier, warmer temperature range, so bottles are ready to pour rather than needing to warm up first.
