Collection: True Heat

Trueheat supplies commercial cooking equipment. Hospitality Connect lists 46 Trueheat products, covering cooktops, stove ranges with ovens, char grills, griddle plates, infill benches and equipment stands for restaurant and institutional kitchens.

An infill bench fills the gap between two pieces of cooking equipment in a run, giving a flat working surface and a continuous line with no dust trap between units. The Trueheat range includes four infill bench lines.

A griddle is a solid flat plate, so food sits on an unbroken hot surface and cooks evenly with no flame contact. A char grill has bars over the heat, which gives grill marks and lets fat drip away.

Choose a cooktop on burner count and width, then check it fits the bench or stand it will sit on and matches the gas supply available. More burners means more pots at once, but also more space and more load on the site.

Yes. The Trueheat range at Hospitality Connect includes four equipment stand lines and four infill bench lines, so benchtop cooktops, griddles and char grills can be set at working height in a continuous run.
