Collection: Tablekraft Elite

Hospitality Connect lists 39 products in the Tablekraft Elite range for restaurants, hotels, clubs and function venues. It covers table cutlery, dessert cutlery, teaspoons and coffee spoons, serving cutlery including cake and salad servers, and related tableware.

Cutlery is bought as a pattern rather than as individual pieces, because every setting on the floor has to match. Start with the table setting, since knives, forks and spoons in that size carry the majority of service. Dessert and teaspoon sizes follow the menu, and serving cutlery is specified separately for buffets, share plates and cake service. Order spare cover on the pieces that turn over fastest, particularly teaspoons, since they are the most commonly lost item on any floor and a partial pattern is difficult to top up later.
