This page lists the Semak equipment stocked by Hospitality Connect. It currently holds a single line, a Semak rotisserie, aimed at chicken shops, delis, supermarkets, takeaway counters and clubs cooking whole birds and roasts for display and sale.
A rotisserie cooks by turning product on a spit in front of or above a heat source, so fat renders and self-bastes the meat while the surface colours evenly. Choose one on capacity, measured by how many birds or spits can run at once, and on where it will sit, since a customer-facing unit is part of the display. Loading style also matters, because spit systems and basket systems change how quickly staff can turn a batch over during a lunch rush.
