Collection: Santos

Santos makes commercial beverage and food preparation machines used in cafes, bars and juice bars, including citrus juicers, blenders, coffee grinders and spice grinders. Hospitality Connect lists Santos machines alongside Sammic machines in the same range.

A citrus juicer reams halved oranges, lemons or limes and extracts juice from citrus only. A cold press juicer crushes and presses whole fruit and vegetables slowly, so it handles a wider ingredient range and produces less foam.

Each bowl on a slush or frozen drink machine holds one flavour, so the bowl count sets how many flavours you can offer at once. Single bowl machines suit a small counter, while multi bowl machines suit venues running several flavours through a shift.

A coffee grinder uses burrs set for espresso or filter particle size and is dedicated to coffee so flavours do not carry over. A spice grinder is built for dry, oily and fibrous spices, and is kept separate to avoid tainting coffee.

Yes. The range lists 25 machines in total from Santos and Sammic, covering juicers, blenders, coffee grinders, spice grinders and slush machines. Both brands are supplied as commercial equipment for cafes, bars and restaurants.
