Miracle

A dough moulder shapes divided pieces of dough into even cylinders or batons before proving. Bakeries use one so every loaf or roll in a batch is shaped the same way regardless of who is working the bench.

When hand shaping no longer keeps up with production, or when different staff shape differently and the finished bread varies. A moulder removes that variation and frees a baker for other tasks during the shift.

Between the divider and the prover. Dough is divided into pieces, moulded into shape, then proved and baked, so the machine needs space in that part of the production line to be practical to use.

VM404 is the model code of the Miracle dough moulder supplied by Hospitality Connect. It is the single product in the Miracle brand collection, listed under commercial bakery production equipment.
