This is a small, focused range of five commercial dough moulders for bakeries shaping bread, rolls and baguettes. The machines sheet a divided dough piece, curl it and roll it into a consistent shape, replacing hand moulding on production runs.
The first decision is orientation. A horizontal moulder passes the dough through rollers and a pressure board in a single straight run, which suits baguettes and longer loaves. A vertical moulder folds the piece as it descends and takes up less bench footprint, which suits smaller bakeries working in tight production spaces. After that, check the dough weight range the machine is rated for, and whether the pressure plates are adjustable or interchangeable, since that is what lets one machine handle both a dinner roll and a full loaf.
