Collection: BRAS

A BRAS slush machine freezes and continuously stirs a liquid mix to a granita texture, then dispenses it from a bowl on the counter. Venues use them for slushies, frozen cocktails and frozen desserts.

A slush machine freezes the product to a semi-frozen texture. A drink dispenser chills and circulates a liquid without freezing it, so it is used for juice, iced tea and cordial. BRAS makes both formats.

More bowls let you run more flavours at once, but each bowl adds counter width and daily cleaning. A venue with one strong seller often does better with a single large bowl than with three small bowls turning over slowly.

Cafes, clubs, pubs, service stations, cinemas, takeaway shops and function venues use frozen drink machines. They suit any site with counter space and steady walk-up trade, particularly through warm weather.

Maestrale is a model line within the BRAS range supplied by Hospitality Connect. Compare bowl count, bowl capacity and overall dimensions against the counter space available before choosing between the models on this page.
