AyrKing makes breading and batter handling equipment for commercial kitchens. The range at Hospitality Connect covers breading stations and tables with integrated sifters, food processing units, marinators and a drum roller.

A breading station is a bench unit where product is coated in flour or crumb. Models with an integrated sifter separate spent crumb from reusable flour as staff work, which keeps coating consistent through a shift and reduces waste.

A sifter shakes used breading through a screen, holding back lumps and clumped crumb so the flour returning to the pan stays loose. That keeps coating thickness even and extends how long a batch of breading lasts.

A tumble marinator rotates product with marinade in a drum so the liquid is worked into the meat mechanically. That shortens marinating time compared with soaking in a tub and gives a more even result across the batch.

Fried chicken outlets, quick service restaurants, pubs, clubs and production kitchens use breading stations where a high volume of crumbed product goes out each day. Hospitality Connect supplies AyrKing equipment to trade buyers across Australia.
