Collection: Araven

An ingredient bin stores dry goods such as flour, sugar, rice or salt in a covered container near the workbench. It keeps product sealed between uses and lets staff scoop directly instead of handling opened sacks.

Koala is a line of ingredient bins within the Araven smallware range supplied by Hospitality Connect. The Araven collection lists three commercial kitchen smallware products used for food storage and handling.

Match capacity to how often the bin is refilled and how much space the kitchen can give it. A larger bin means fewer refills but a bigger footprint, while a smaller bin is easier to move and to wash.

Keep ingredient bins close to the bench or mixer where the product is used, off the floor where practical, and with lids closed between uses. Storage should follow the venue's own food safety procedures.
