Antunes

Hospitality Connect currently lists two Antunes lines, both release sheets listed to suit Antunes VCT20 and VCT25 toasters. This is a consumables and parts page rather than a full Antunes equipment catalogue.

A release sheet is a thin non-stick sheet fitted against the heated surface of a contact toaster. It stops bread, buns and wraps sticking or tearing as they pass through, and keeps the toasting surface consistent as the machine is used.

The release sheets listed at Hospitality Connect are described as suiting the Antunes VCT20 and VCT25 toasters. Always order release sheets by toaster model, because the sheet has to match the toasting surface it sits against.

The sheet sits directly against the heated platen and has to cover it exactly. A sheet cut for a different model will leave surface exposed or bunch at the edges, which causes sticking, uneven toasting and premature wear on the sheet.

Contact toasters are used by quick service outlets, cafes, clubs, bakeries and venues toasting buns, breads and wraps to a set standard on every order. They toast both sides at once, which keeps output consistent during a service rush.
