Collection: AM Heat

Chafing fuel burns under a chafing dish or buffet unit to hold plated food at serving temperature away from the kitchen. Caterers use it at functions, conferences and weddings where there is no power or bench space for electric equipment.

AM Heat products are named by their rated burn duration in hours, so the figure appears in each product title and on the listing. Match the rating to the length of the service rather than using one option for every function.

AM Heat fuel is listed by the carton at Hospitality Connect rather than as single units. That suits caterers running functions regularly who want fuel on hand instead of ordering ahead of each individual event.

Most chafing dishes take more than one fuel unit at a time, and the number depends on the frame. Check how many holders the dish has, then multiply by the number of services and the hours each one runs.

Yes. Hospitality Connect delivers AM Heat fuel Australia-wide from Penrith, New South Wales, and offers trade pricing to caterers, function venues, clubs and event operators.
