Altosa refrigeration at Hospitality Connect covers upright freezers, an upright fridge, an under bench fridge and pizza prep refrigeration, across eight listed models. The range is aimed at commercial kitchens, pizzerias and cafes rather than domestic use.

Pizza prep refrigeration is a bench-height cabinet with a chilled well of topping pans along the back and refrigerated storage underneath. It lets a pizzaiolo hold toppings at temperature and reach dough and bulk product without leaving the make-up station.

A top-mounted refrigeration unit has its compressor and condenser sitting above the cabinet rather than underneath. That keeps the deck clear of floor grease and dust, and puts the working shelves at a more comfortable height for staff.

An upright fridge holds the most product in the smallest floor footprint and suits back-of-house storage. An under bench fridge sits within a bench run so chilled product is within arm's reach of the section, which suits a busy line rather than bulk storage.

Door count decides how much of the cabinet is exposed on each opening. A single-door freezer loses less cold air per opening and suits a smaller kitchen, while multiple doors give more storage and let staff reach one section at a time.
