Collection: All Frozen

A gelato display cabinet is a refrigerated front-of-house unit that holds gelato pans at serving temperature while keeping them visible to customers. It sits on the counter line so staff can scoop directly from the pans during service.

The number of flavours depends on the pan capacity of the model chosen. Pan capacity is the figure that decides how many flavours are on show at once, so it is the first specification to check when comparing gelato displays.

Measure the serving side of the counter and allow clearance for the scoop well, the till and staff movement behind the cabinet. A gelato display has to sit clear of the customer queue while staying within reach of the server.

Gelaterias, cafes, dessert bars and restaurants serving scooped gelato and sorbet use display cabinets of this type. Any venue selling gelato by the scoop from a counter needs a refrigerated display rather than back-of-house freezer storage.
